How long can I hire equipment for? +
Hire terms are flexible — from a few weeks through to several months. We'll talk through your situation and find a term that makes sense. No pressure to commit to longer than you need.
Can I hire while waiting for NDIS approval? +
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons people come to us. Hire can be funded privately or through existing NDIS plans depending on your situation. We'll help you understand your options when you get in touch.
Can my OT help organise the hire? +
Absolutely. We work directly with occupational therapists to match equipment to your clinical needs. OTs can refer clients to us directly and we'll handle everything — matching, delivery, setup, and collection.
Is delivery and pickup available? +
Yes. We deliver, set up, and collect equipment across the Central Coast — including Woy Woy, Gosford, Tuggerah, Bateau Bay, and Lake Haven. You can also collect from our Tuggerah or The Entrance showrooms.
Is the equipment clean and properly maintained? +
Every piece of hire equipment is professionally cleaned, serviced, and inspected between every use. We take hire quality as seriously as new stock.
What happens when my permanent equipment arrives? +
Simple — let us know and we arrange collection. No penalty, no fuss. We understand how the NDIS system works and we'll make the changeover as easy as possible.
