 How to Order Equipment Through the NDIS

1. Initial Assessment
   An occupational therapist or relevant allied health professional assesses your equipment needs based on your goals and support requirements.
2. Quote & Documentation
   Mobility Joy provides a detailed quote and supporting documentation for your assistive technology. This may include trials, photos, justifications, and technical specifications.
3. NDIS Approval
   The quote is submitted for NDIS approval by your support coordinator, plan manager, or LAC. If funds are already available under your plan, approval can be instant.
4. Order & Fulfilment
   Once funding is confirmed, Mobility Joy processes the order and organises delivery, setup, and training. Many items are in stock and delivered within the same week.
5. Ongoing Support
   We stay in touch after delivery to ensure the equipment continues to meet your needs. We also support repairs, adjustments, and upgrades.
