Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time customers may not be satisfied with the products they receive due to manufacture/handling issues or just a change of mind. If for any reason you wished to return your goods to us, we ask that you do so within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for replacement.

You will receive a replacement item or a credit for the purchase if the item cannot be replaced at the discretion of Mobility Joy. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are unable to refund credit or exchange if:

The packaging is damaged, marked or soiled

The product has been damaged due to misuse

The product has wearing/use marks

In addition:

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods

Mobility scooters and lift chairs are not returnable

Gift cards are not eligible for refunds

How to return your item

Please fill out a Contact Request form with your purchase details and reason for your return, (include receipt number and phone number and we will  contact you within 2 business days) alternatively call us on 1300 938 641 and we will assist you with your return request. The item must be returned to our address (see contact us page) unless otherwise stated and should be in its original packaging and in good condition. The cost of return will be paid for by the purchaser unless otherwise arranged with us in advance.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
