Supporting Veterans with Dignity and Speed (DVA)

Mobility Joy proudly supports both Entry Level and Gold Card DVA members throughout the Central Coast and beyond. We fulfil eligible orders quickly and reliably once we receive the prescription from a prescribing occupational therapist or physiotherapist.

How to Order Equipment Through DVA

1. GP Visit
   The DVA-eligible client visits their general practitioner (GP), who issues a RAP referral form.
2. Client Assessment
   A qualified occupational therapist or physiotherapist carries out the equipment assessment based on the referral.
3. RAP Form Submission
   The therapist completes and submits the required RAP form via the standard DVA channels.
4. We Receive the Order
   Once approved, the order is sent to Mobility Joy for supply.
5. Fast Delivery & Setup
   We deliver, install, and demonstrate the product—often within the same week, depending on availability and delivery routes.
