How payment works

Plan managed NDIS
We'll prepare a detailed quote and send it directly to your plan manager for approval before any hire begins. Nothing is processed until you have the green light.
Self managed NDIS
We process your claim directly through the NDIS portal. We'll need your NDIS number and date of birth so we can raise the claim on your behalf, quick and simple.
Private hire
Give us a call and we can take payment over the phone, or we'll send you an invoice and you can pay by bank transfer at your convenience.
OTs and Plan Managers, we make referrals easy
We work regularly with occupational therapists, support coordinators and plan managers across the Central Coast. We respond promptly, provide clear NDIS invoicing and deliver reliably.

Can I use my NDIS funding for equipment hire?
Yes. Equipment hire can be funded under several NDIS support categories including Assistive Technology, depending on your plan and goals. Call us and we'll help you work out what's possible under your specific plan.
How quickly can you deliver?
We offer same-day and next-day delivery across most of the Central Coast. Availability depends on the equipment and your location, call us on 02 4302 7133 to confirm.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Minimum periods vary by equipment type. We're flexible and will work out an arrangement that suits your situation, whether that's a few weeks or an ongoing hire.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. We deliver to your home and set everything up so it's safe and ready to use. We'll show you and any carers how to operate it before we leave.
I'm a plan manager, how do I arrange hire for a participant?

I'm an OT, how do I refer a patient?
Simply call or email us with the participant's equipment needs and we'll take it from there. We work regularly with hospital discharge teams and OTs across the Central Coast.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Central Coast including The Entrance, Gosford, Tuggerah, Wyong, Toukley, Budgewoi, Bateau Bay, Umina, Woy Woy and surrounds. We also coordinate directly with discharge teams at Gosford Hospital, Wyong Hospital and Brisbane Water Private Hospital. Call us to confirm delivery to your address.
