What makes the SEDEO PRO ADVANCED different from standard SEDEO PRO?
It's the first-class seat designed specifically for the most demanding clinical needs, featuring patented Biometric Repositioning and a full range of programmable seating positions for effective independent repositioning throughout the day.
How manoeuvrable is it indoors?
With a narrow 622 mm base and 560 mm turning radius, it turns on its own axis for excellent manoeuvrability in tight spaces, easily rolling under tables and accessing WAVs with a seat height from just 430 mm.
How does it perform outdoors?
ProGrip suspension provides independent movement across all six wheels and the chassis, delivering super-smooth stability over challenging terrain and when climbing kerbs or obstacles.
What seating adjustments are available?
30° of anterior tilt, 50° of posterior tilt, 165° of shear-reduction power recline, 300 mm power seat lift, and infinitely adjustable seat width and depth with one tool — plus independently adjustable seat and backrest width.
What is Biometric Repositioning?
When moving from reclined to seated, the seat automatically passes through an intermediary tilted position, using gravity to realign your pelvis in one smooth, effortless motion — no need to separately use the tilt function.
Can I save my favourite seating positions?
Yes — Memory Seating lets you save up to 6 favourite positions and switch between them instantly via the CTRL+5 switch box, without navigating menus.
What motor technology does it use?
High-torque 4-pole motors with all-metal gears and larger cooling fins let you drive up to 10% further and 25% further on inclines, with an optional 10-second power boost via the R-Net 90A controller.
Can the seat elevate while I'm moving?
Yes — with C-Me Seat Elevation, you can raise or lower up to 12" while travelling at up to 4.5 kph, with no need to stop, and suspension stays fully active throughout.
What control options are available?
The optional R-Net advanced joystick features a large HD display, integrated Bluetooth and i-device connectivity, and QUICKIE's patented assignable buttons for personalised, simplified access to seating functions.
