The Rocker Knife is specifically designed to be used by individuals with upper extremity disabilities or use of only one hand. It requires minimum effort and strength to cut. the handle provides sufficient surface area for two hands to clasp the sides of the handle and generate cutting force. The knife includes a sheath for safe storage. Blade is made of stainless steel, rubber is made out of wood.
